Mediation

Mediation is an advisory procedure, rather than an adversarial process. It involves the use of a neutral third party to help resolve a dispute, finding common points of agreement between the parties. Mediation is the most flexible alternative to litigation and is preferred due to its low cost, short sessions and the ability to keep proceedings confidential. The parties jointly control the outcome making mediation even more effective.

As a graduate of the Kukin Institute for Conflict Resolution at Benjamin N. Cardozo Law School and the Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam Institute for International Mediation and Conflict Resolution, Delton Henderson is skilled in handling complex issues, facilitating productive dialogue and defusing the emotional issues that often underlie business and personal conflicts. He has also lectured business executives and lawyers at New York University School of Law, Finance & Taxation.
